HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the cleanliness of guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. You will plan staffing, manage budgets, and supervise laundry operations to maintain high guest satisfaction and cost controls.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and safety knowledge, with a focus on coordinating with other departments and ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience, with at least 3 years in housekeeping management.
• Experience managing in-house operated laundry operations.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, safety programs, and budget forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor staff workload to meet cleanliness standards.
• Develop housekeeping and laundry budget.
• Schedule labor to match forecasted occupancy and events.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate staff and address discipline as needed.
• Communicate directions clearly to staff and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, OSHA guidelines, and safety policies.
• Assist in preventative maintenance coordination and rehab projects.
