Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet HEI standards of product and service. You will lead room attendants, house persons, and inspectors, and foster a culture of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2 years of housekeeping experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and payroll while upholding safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a comparable hotel.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including budget forecasting and safety programs.
• Leadership to motivate staff and manage priorities.
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees housekeeping staff and ensures standards are met.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, and discipline when needed.
• Arrange staff schedules and manage payroll records using budgeting tools.
• Maintain budgeting records and inspection scores for housekeeping.
• Provide clear written and verbal direction to staff.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
