Qualifications

• 5+ years in management, with at least 3 years in housekeeping management.
• Experience managing in-house laundry operations.
• Thorough knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations and job requirements.
• Strong collaboration with other department leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor staff workload to meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Develop housekeeping and laundry budgets and control expenses.
• Schedule labor to align with hotel occupancy, events, and activity.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, and address disciplinary issues.
