Qualifications

• Two years previous housekeeping supervisor experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform to brand standards and HHM values.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and grounds for cleanliness and safety.
• Answer inquiries about hotel policies and services and resolve guest complaints.
• Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and policy adherence.
• Prepare schedules based on occupancy and assign duties; coordinate shifts and staffing needs.
• Take inventory and submit periodic orders to ensure timely supplies.
• Prepare paperwork pertaining to departmental functions.
• Communicate guest service scores to drive improvement and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement department policies and procedures.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines; participate in safety programs.
