• Manage departmental processes: oversee systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct inspections: oversee and perform room and public area inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive work environment.
