Hilton Garden Inn Richardson seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and ensure spotless, guest-ready spaces. You will oversee daily stand-ups, assign duties, and verify room statuses in the PMS while maintaining safety and organization throughout the property.

The role emphasizes strong hospitality, communication, and leadership to maintain high guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and product quality across all areas of the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Willing to learn and adapt to hotel standards.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Able to work under pace and pressure with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Housekeeping Team and daily stand-ups.
• Schedule room assignments and confirm PMS status.
• Balance and clear room status nightly; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organization of storage rooms and housekeeping closets.
• Submit maintenance requests to Engineering per procedures.
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies monthly/quarterly.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly housekeeping inventories.
