Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping and laundry operations in our Hilton Head Island property. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, safety, and brand standards while managing associates, labor, supplies, and departmental costs.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and guest-service skills, with experience supervising teams and coordinating with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Lead, train, coach, and supervise housekeeping and laundry associates.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, performance management, and associate development.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Maintain inventories, manage labor, and schedule within budgets.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for timely repairs and upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, coach, and supervise housekeeping and laundry associates.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, performance management, and associate development.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and grounds for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Manage labor and scheduling within established budgets.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, process invoices, and ensure equipment is operational.
