Job summary

HHS is seeking a Director of Housekeeping for Hilton Head, SC. You will lead a goal-oriented resort housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding.

The role manages recruitment, training, inspections, budgets, and quality control, ensuring guest rooms meet the highest standards while aligning with company goals and compliance. Must have 3+ years in hospitality management and be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality management experience.
• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
