Job summary

HHS Exceptional Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Director of Housekeeping for a Hilton Head, SC area resort. This executive role leads the housekeeping department to create a productive, high-quality guest environment and team-based culture.

You will recruit, train, inspect, and coach staff; manage budgets; monitor quality control systems; and partner with resort leadership to meet goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of hospitality management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a goal-oriented housekeeping team to ensure a clean, comfortable guest environment.
• Recruit, train, develop, and schedule team members; coach and counsel staff as needed.
• Perform daily inspections and address quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with resort leadership to set expectations, budgets, and goals; analyze data to drive improvements.
• Build a positive team culture focused on service, integrity, and professionalism.
