You will partner with Front Office and hotel leadership to ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel operations leadership experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards.
• Experience with housekeeping systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Supervise, train, coach, schedule, and support housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness and guest experience standards.
• Inspect rooms and spaces to ensure presentation and brand standards are met consistently.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and room readiness, addressing issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and hotel leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with inventory management, safety policies, and linen control.
