Job summary

Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is hiring an Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping operations, ensuring top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role reports to the Director of Operations and focuses on staffing, training, and interdepartmental coordination.

The candidate will develop budgets, manage labor costs, supervise multilingual staff, and uphold safety policies while collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional Hyatt service standards.

Qualifications

• 4 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt).
• Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset.
• Must possess strong customer service and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for short- and long-term planning and the management of the hotel’s Housekeeping operations.
• Develop and recommend the budget, labor cost plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans.
• Ensure OSHA and ADA policies are adhered to.
• Inspect some rooms daily and supervise multilingual staff.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to ensure proper pricing, delivery, and maintenance.
