• Thorough knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations and job requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor staff workload to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Develop housekeeping and laundry budget and control expenses.
• Schedule labor to flex with occupancy, events, and activity levels.
• Hire, train, develop, and appraise staff; address performance and discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety programs, and OSHA guidelines.
• Interact with customers and resolve issues to maintain high guest satisfaction.
