THE JOB:

In this fast-paced role, you’ll expedite high-priority guest requests, make quick decisions, and ensure every interaction delivers VIP-level service. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Guest Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with high-value players by delivering personalized service and memorable experiences.

• Business Growth & Client Acquisition** :** Proactively seek out and develop new casino clientele to grow the property’s player base and drive revenue.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 21 years of age

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$55,600.00 - $74,200.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
