MGM Resorts International is seeking a Casino Executive Host in Springfield, MA to protect and grow our elite guest base and deliver personalized service. The role emphasizes optimizing player experiences, coordinating with marketing, and ensuring compliance with company policies at all times.

You will engage with guests across the property, manage reservations, and support efforts to provide premier comps and rewards, while maintaining strict privacy and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of prior relevant experience in hotel operations, casino marketing, VIP services or table games.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including days, swing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the country located.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers' casino activity to provide incentives and approve comps and allowances (rooms, food, beverage, event tickets, promotional chips, free play).
• Maintain and develop the property's customer base through regular interactions and personalized service.
• Greet customers during check-in/check-out, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Process reservations using OPERA and PATRON management systems.
• Grant marker authorization limits to qualifying customers when authorized.
• Attend special events to promote marketing efforts and engage with guests.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with privacy policies.
• Resolve customer disputes and complaints to ensure satisfaction for customer and company.
• Comply with local laws, Title 31, and attend mandatory compliance and training sessions.

THE JOB

As a Casino Executive Host, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our casino customer base while providing exceptional service and personalized experiences for our guests while following MGM Resorts Marketing policies. You will use appropriate judgment to execute and expediting processes to ensure excellent customer service. THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Evaluate customers' casino activity to provide incentives and approve comps and allowances (e.g., rooms, food, beverages, event tickets, promotional chips, and free play).
• Maintain and develop the property's customer base through regular interactions and personalized service.
• Greet customers from assigned regions during check-in and check-out, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Process reservations using OPERA, and PATRON management systems.
• Grant marker authorization limits to qualifying customers, when authorized.
• Attend special events to promote marketing efforts and engage with guests.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information while complying with company policies regarding privacy.
• Resolve customer disputes and complaints to ensure satisfaction for both the customer and the company.
• Comply with all local laws, Title 31, and attend mandatory compliance and training sessions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 1+ Year of Prior Relevant Experience in Hotel operations, Casino marketing, VIP services or Table games
• Must be willing to work flexible as scheduling can vary from Day shift starting at 9:00am to Swing shift any time up to 1:00am consisting of 8hr shifts or more depending on business needs. This includes weekends and holidays.

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is:

$48,400.00 - $64,500.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
