Job summary

The Management Trust seeks a General Manager to partner with the Board for on-site community management at Rancho Casa Blanca in Indio, CA. This leadership role balances operations, vendor relations, and financial stewardship to deliver exceptional service to residents.

You will drive budget preparation, ensure compliance, and lead onsite staff, while reporting to the Division Vice President of Onsite Communities. DOE varies by experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related field and at least 5 years of community association management experience.
• Knowledge of CC&Rs and governing documents.
• Strong leadership and public speaking skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of onsite community including homes and condos.
• Prepare annual budget estimates for Board action.
• Interact regularly with Board, homeowners, and vendors.
• Review invoices, tax prep, and reserve studies.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and state/local laws.
• Lead onsite staff and manage staffing levels.
