The position emphasizes updating EPIC, gathering patient information, and providing education while managing patient and referral source relationships.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of related experience in healthcare and/or business with a strong focus on customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care in the Executive and Preventive Health program at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Personalized Care program at Green Spring Station.
• Schedule and register patient appointments; gather all necessary patient information.
• Navigate patients throughout the Outpatient Center and main hospital; update EPIC.
• Provide patient education and respond to information requests from patients or their designees.
• Manage relationships with patients and other referral sources.
