Responsibilities

• Prepares, reviews, and audits final client documentation before scheduled appointments.
• Coordinates daily clinic activities, monitors schedules, and resolves issues.
• Manages clinical service documentation and routes inquiries to the right team member.
• Maintains a clean, professional clinic environment and handles repairs as needed.
• Maintains inventory and orders supplies for the clinic and department.
• Coordinates maintenance and inspections for clinical equipment for compliance.
• Conducts audits and escalates findings for timely resolution.
• Provides on-site operational assistance at client events and projects.
• Supports scheduling demands and business needs for the department.
