Corewell Health is seeking an Executive Health Clinic Coordinator within our Employer Services division in Royal Oak, MI. The role requires travel across Southeast Michigan and delivering concierge-level service with flexible early-morning shifts.

You will manage scheduling, registration processes, and clinic operations, while coordinating with multiple departments and client sites to ensure seamless events and patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer and concierge level service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility for early morning openings (as early as 6am) and travel throughout Southeast Michigan.
• Registration and scheduling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, reviews, and audits final client documentation before scheduled appointments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinates daily clinic activities, monitors client schedules, performs registration functions, resolves operational issues, and escalates concerns as needed.
• Monitors clinical service documentation, responds to requests, and routes inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Maintains a clean, organized, professional, client-ready clinic environment and submits work orders as needed.
• Monitors inventory and orders supplies for the clinic and department.
• Coordinates preventive maintenance and inspections for clinical equipment to ensure functionality and regulatory compliance.
• Conducts clinical, registration, and billing audits; maintains audit logs and reports findings in meetings.
• Provides on-site operational support at client events and supports scheduling demands.
• Offers direct operational support to the clinic and department as needed.
