Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative for the Phoenix, AZ territory. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on Head & Neck oncology products, driving growth and building strategic customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Residing in the geography or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate clinical efficacy knowledge, articulate value proposition, provide information as needed, and achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct business analyses, prospect for new business, develop account strategies with District Manager.
• Develop customer pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize marketing tools and presentations, close sales to advance to next steps.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet sales objectives.
