Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support the Southwest territory, including New Mexico, Las Vegas, NV, and Utah. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on selling oncology therapies within approved accounts.

The candidate will demonstrate product knowledge, build account strategies, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal partners to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum of two years of pharma, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Residing in the geography or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product efficacy and articulate a value proposition to customers.
• Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business, and develop account strategies with District Manager.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize company marketing tools and close sales through appropriate opportunities.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options to improve sales opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet sales objectives.
