Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative, Head & Neck to support clients in the Sacramento-Portland territory. The role focuses on Oncology and Innovative Medicine with a field-based structure reporting to a District Manager.

You will drive sales strategies, build account plans, and communicate clinical value to healthcare professionals. Qualified candidates have a bachelor's degree and pharmaceutical sales experience, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum of two years pharmaceutical/biologic/medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military and willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products' clinical efficacy and articulate value propositions to customers; provide clinical support and achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis and actively prospect for new business within assigned accounts; develop account strategies with District Manager and internal partners.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.
• Utilize all company marketing tools and resources; use closing skills to move sales to the next step.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities; negotiate and close orders to meet objectives.
