Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support the Southwest territory, including New Mexico, Las Vegas, NV, and Utah. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on selling oncology therapeutics, conducting strategic account plans, and delivering clinical support to customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with travel and overnight commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience; relocation/travel required.
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Sell current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved accounts and territories.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and clinical efficacy; articulate value propositions to customers.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager and plan pre/post‑call activities.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to grow sales; manage closing steps.
• Use approved marketing tools and resources; discuss access and reimbursement options.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives through effective territory management and relationships.
