Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative, Head & Neck to support clients in Sacramento and the Portland territory. You will drive tumor-focused sales for approved oncology therapeutics, build strategic account plans, and work with district partners to penetrate key accounts.

We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years in pharma/biotech or military transitions. Travel across the territory is required; relocation may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel incl. overnights/weekends.
• Minimum of two years pharma/biotech/medical device sales experience or recent military transition.
• Reside in or willing to relocate to the geography.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products’ clinical efficacy and articulate a value proposition to customers.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager and internal partners.
• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize approved marketing tools and present compelling materials to close next steps.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options to improve sales opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet objectives.
