Job summary

Fulchester Consultants is seeking a senior advisory leader who can translate strategic priorities into clear growth plans and measurable performance improvements for CEOs and leadership teams.

The role blends executive coaching, strategic advisory, and practical operational leadership to support high-growth organizations across industries including technology, renewables, and complex services environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant leadership, operations, strategy, consulting, or project-management experience.
• Demonstrable experience leading professionals, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional programmes.
• Strong commercial judgement, communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, and executive influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Leadership, Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or other advanced qualification is advantageous.
• Eligibility to work in the United States, where legally required for the confirmed engagement.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEOs, business owners, and executive teams on business strategy, leadership effectiveness, and operational priorities.
• Lead or coordinate strategic growth, performance-improvement, and operational-excellence initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into practical plans, milestones, performance measures, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders across strategy, operations, business development, finance, people, and project delivery to improve alignment and execution.
• Support leadership development, executive coaching, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify operational risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, helping teams resolve roadblocks and sustain progress.
