Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years as a manager in consulting, with large management consulting firm experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• Masters or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
• Proven track record in business development and cultivating client relationships.

• Leads a team of consultants, aligns with company objectives, and communicates strategy effectively.
• Maintains billable utilization while guiding team needs and development.
• Drives marketing and business development, writing proposals/SOWs and achieving sales targets.
• Partners with leadership to recruit, train, and retain top-performing staff, ensuring staffing aligns with revenue goals.
• Manages client expectations and ensures projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
