FitPoint Talent Solutions is recruiting for a senior advisory role to support the CEO and executive team, blending operational strategy, executive coaching, and practical improvement leadership to strengthen execution and business performance.

You will partner with the CEO and leadership to align operating models, drive improvements, and coach senior leaders through change, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership experience in operational leadership, consulting, transformation, or executive advisory work.
• Proven ability to coach executives and drive practical operational improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to work remotely within the United States and travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the CEO and executive team on operational strategy, planning, and execution priorities.
• Assess operating models, workflows, and performance barriers; recommend practical improvements.
• Lead operational excellence, business process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide executive coaching to senior leaders on decision‑making, leadership effectiveness, performance management, and change adoption.
• Build alignment through stakeholder management across operations, finance, people, compliance, and other functions.
• Support change management initiatives and manage cross‑functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Establish KPIs, operating rhythms, and mechanisms to track progress against strategic goals.
