Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opportunity Origination and Market Development: identify client needs and develop qualified opportunities.
• Opportunity Qualification: assess demand, fit, timing, and value to determine pursuit viability.
• Capture and Pursuit Leadership: sponsor or lead major pursuits and craft capture strategies.
• Executive Advisory and Client Leadership: provide senior advisory services to diverse clients and translate issues into actionable recommendations.
• Engagement Governance and Delivery: lead engagements with governance, risk, and delivery oversight.
• Team Formation and Talent Development: recruit and mentor professionals and build multidisciplinary teams.
• Thought Leadership: contribute to executive briefs, white papers, and industry analyses.
• Account Growth and Portfolio Development: expand engagements and grow client relationships.
