Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant leadership, operations, strategy, consulting, or project-management experience.
• Demonstrable experience leading professionals, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional programmes.
• Strong commercial judgement, communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, and executive influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Leadership, Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or other advanced qualification is advantageous.
• Eligibility to work in the United States, where legally required for the confirmed engagement.

You will combine executive-level coaching, strategic business advisory, and practical operational leadership to support high-growth organisations. The role is particularly relevant to leaders with experience in management consulting, business consulting and services, technology, IT consulting, renewable energy, or other complex growth environments.

What You’ll Do

• Advise CEOs, business owners, and executive teams on business strategy, leadership effectiveness, and operational priorities.

You will bring significant senior leadership, strategic advisory, operations, consulting, or transformation experience, with a strong record of working credibly with executive stakeholders.

Experience in the following areas will be particularly valuable: strategic planning, executive coaching, business growth, operational excellence, business transformation, change management, stakeholder management, programme delivery, performance improvement, and process improvement.

You should have:
