Qualifications

• Experience in VP, C-suite or equivalent senior leadership roles.
• Proven executive coaching and leadership development capabilities.
• Strong operational judgement and ability to drive execution.
• Able to engage credibly with executives and mentor leadership teams.
• Comfort working remotely within the United States with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring to senior leaders using structured executive coaching.
• Guide executives to strengthen judgement, leadership effectiveness, and decision-making.
• Support leadership teams to improve collaboration, alignment, and development.
• Identify operational improvements to strengthen efficiency, cost control, and growth.
• Partner with CEO and executive team on talent development and organisational effectiveness.
• Foster employee engagement and succession planning.
