Job summary

Petra Growth Advisors is seeking Growth Advisors to join CEOs and executive teams as trusted strategists and coaches who can help leaders move from intention to measurable results. You will mentor senior teams, align stakeholders, and facilitate high-impact decisions.

This remote, nationwide role lets you leverage your operating experience to shape strategy, leadership development, and execution for member companies while building your Petra practice.

Responsibilities

• Build Your Petra Practice: Develop trusted relationships, leverage your network, partner with Petra's Sales and Marketing team, and grow a portfolio of member companies.
• Advise CEOs & Leadership Teams: Help CEOs and leadership teams navigate strategy, growth, execution, organizational challenges, and leadership decisions.
• Develop Leaders: Coach and develop executives and emerging leaders around communication, accountability, delegation, feedback, conflict, decision making, and performance.
• Lead the Member Company Experience: Lead strategy meetings, planning sessions, leadership development, and ongoing advisory work while coordinating with a Petra Accountability Coach.
• Work Alongside Your Members: This is a face-to-face role with ~40% travel across the U.S.; some months more travel than others.
