Qualifications

• Five years of retail operational foodservice experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, cost controls, sanitation and marketing
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable

• Oversee operation and cost-effective management of multiple dining service departments
• Ensure service timelines and client requirements are met
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, analysis and reporting
• Lead professional interactions with staff, clients and vendors
