Cunningham Restaurant Group is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead a new upscale dining concept in Fishers, Indiana. You will shape culture, recruit and develop teams, and drive opening success with exemplary hospitality and operations standards.

You will oversee pre-opening planning, daily service, budgeting, inventory control, and guest experience, while building a strong local reputation and sustainable financial results.

Qualifications

• Proven GM in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Experience leading elevated, fine dining concepts is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work varying hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry trends.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and drive guest experience.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and development to build a top-tier team.
• Manage budget, costs, inventory, and revenue to achieve targets.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards across all areas.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Manager on menu planning and quality.
• Drive marketing and promotions to increase visibility and customers.
• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
