30hop Restaurant & Bar in Fishers, Indiana, is hiring a General Manager to open our newest location and build a team from the ground up. Lead daily operations, shape a strong culture, and drive exceptional guest experiences from day one.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff; manage schedules, budgets, and standards; and oversee administrative tasks, including QuickBooks payments and communications. Competitive salary with bonus opportunities and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management with a proven track record.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales-focused approach.
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the opening of the new Fishers location and build a strong team culture.
• Oversee scheduling, labor costs, and COGS with weekly budgets and collaboration with management.
• Uphold standards for service, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and drive performance across front-of-house and management.
• Manage administrative tasks and communications (QuickBooks, payroll, emails).
• Engage guests with 100% table touches to enhance the dining experience.
