Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Experience leading elevated, fine dining concepts is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work varying hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to all staff, setting high standards for professionalism and service excellence.
• Recruit, train, and develop a top-tier team of culinary and service professionals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for front and back of house growth.
• Ensure an unparalleled fine dining guest experience with top service standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally; gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage the restaurant budget, controlling costs and optimizing revenue.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including reservations, F&B service, and kitchen operations.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards; collaborate on menu updates.
• Partner with marketing to implement promotions and community engagement.
• Manage supplier relationships for timely, quality product delivery.
