Job summary

Target Farr West, UT is seeking an Executive Team Leader for Service & Engagement (Assistant Manager Front End). You will lead guest service teams, drive store sales, and ensure seamless checkout and guest experiences across front-end operations.

You will recruit, train and coach hourly team members, coordinate scheduling, and promote digital and in-store offerings while maintaining standards and a positive, guest-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hourly teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and staffing to meet guest demand.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Guest Advocates and Service & Engagement Leaders to exceed guest service expectations.
• Drive total store sales and align department goals with store profitability.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit both long and short term.
• Coach and develop leaders and hourly team members through ongoing feedback.
• Ensure training completion and compliance with safety and company policies.
