Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Corporate FP&A in the United States to shape Zoom's enterprise financial planning function. You will own the long-range and annual plans, lead quarterly forecasts, and advise the C-suite with insights and capital allocation recommendations.

You will manage a multi-level FP&A team, deliver board presentations, and push for AI-powered analytics and modern planning tools to drive strategic impact across all business units.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 5+ years leading FP&A or corporate finance at scale in tech.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
• Proven ability to build and lead multi-level finance teams.
• Deep expertise in long-range planning, modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide financial planning: LRP, AOP, and quarterly forecasts.
• Translate strategy into analytical frameworks and reporting structures.
• Advise C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation insights.
• Lead board-level financial presentations and earnings prep.
• Build financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Own end-to-end enterprise budget process and resource allocation.
• Direct and develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization.
• Champion modern planning tools, automation, and AI analytics.
