Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Corporate FP&A to lead and scale the global finance function from a fully remote base in the United States. You will own long-range planning, forecasting, and executive reporting, partnering with leadership to translate data into strategic action.

You will build a high-performing team, modernize finance processes with AI-driven tools, and drive scalable operating rhythms across geographies while supporting M&A initiatives and strategic

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A/Strategic Finance or related fields in tech.
• Leadership of Corporate FP&A with public company or pre-IPO experience preferred.
• Proven ownership of consolidated P&L, forecasts, and balance sheet planning.
• Advanced financial modeling from scratch; data-driven recommendations.
• Strong executive-level communication and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve corporate FP&A processes: long-range planning, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Lead executive/Board-level reporting with actionable insights and risk assessment.
• Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and recurring performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Accounting/Tax to support month-end close and variance analysis.
• Scale financial operating rhythms with clear ownership and standardized metrics.
• Modernize planning with advanced forecasting methods, systems, automation, and AI.
• Partner with leaders across functions to guide resource allocation and priorities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team; drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support M&A due diligence, integration, and strategic initiatives.
