You will lead a multi-level FP&A team, drive board-level presentations, earnings preparation, and investor relations

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years leading FP&A or corporate finance in a public or high-growth tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
• Experience in SaaS/enterprise tech at $1B+ revenue scale; board reporting and investor relations exposure.
• Familiarity with modern planning tools and AI-powered analytics.

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle: long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts.
• Translate financial strategy into actionable frameworks, reporting, and tactical plans for executive decision-making.
• Serve as a senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation recommendations.
• Lead board-level presentations, earnings prep, and investor relations support.
• Build and maintain financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis across functions.
• Oversee the enterprise budget process end-to-end and resource allocation decisions.
• Direct and develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization and promote continuous improvement.
• Champion adoption of modern planning tools, automation, and AI-powered analytics.
