Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years leading FP&A or corporate finance at scale in a public or high-growth tech company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing multi-level finance teams with rigor and curiosity.
• Deep expertise in long-range planning, modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide financial planning cycle: long-range, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts.
• Translate financial strategy into analytical frameworks and KPI dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Serve as senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation insights.
• Lead board-level presentations, earnings prep, and investor relations support with executive presence.
• Develop robust financial models and variance analyses providing real-time visibility across functions.
• Manage enterprise budget process end-to-end and ensure accountable resource allocation.
