Pacvue Corporation in the United States is seeking a Director of FP&A to own budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy for the Enterprise business. You will drive planning and multi-stakeholder decisions, shaping the company’s long-term financial trajectory.

Lead financial strategy, develop models and dashboards, and guide cross-functional teams to optimize ROI, margins, and growth opportunities. This is a remote-friendly senior leadership role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead a major function.
• Strong Excel, modeling, and data analysis skills; AI understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Set targets and KPIs with exec team; hold heads accountable.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and M&A.
• Provide ROI analysis and ROI framework for investments.
• Lead FP&A teams and standardize reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior management to translate business drivers into financial plans.
