Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an ASE Facilitator to design and lead immersive multi-day DesignShops for senior stakeholders in a hybrid/onsite role. You will create conditions for group genius, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate with a diverse ASE team to deliver ~20 sessions annually from the NY area.

The ideal candidate will bring executive presence, strong client engagement, and comfort with a beginner’s mindset to learn Capgemini’s ASE methodology and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, designing, and facilitating group sessions, workshops, or collaborative working sessions.
• Willingness to learn ASE methodology in ~1-year apprenticeship and continue mastery over time.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% and work from NY Penn Station office ~4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Plan, design, and facilitate multi-day DesignShops.
• Create experiences that help groups think differently and progress.
• Navigate complexity, ambiguity, and conflicting perspectives.
• Align client and internal expectations before and after sessions.
