Job summary

IntraEdge is seeking a Design Operations Facilitator in New York to lead cross-functional workshop design and execution. You will partner with Design, Product, Engineering, Research and Business teams to define goals, craft activities, and deliver actionable outcomes that align with strategic priorities.

You will coach teams on preparation, engagement, and follow-through, while refining playbooks and templates to scale collaboration across initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and facilitating workshops involving Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and Business stakeholders
• Experience supporting initiatives from discovery through delivery, aligning goals and decisions
• Skilled at managing group discussions, stakeholder dynamics, and competing perspectives
• Ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured activities that drive clarity and action
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise, actionable insights
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve collaboration and team effectiveness
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience documenting outcomes and ensuring accountability for workshop follow-ups
• Experience using tools such as Mural, FigJam, Figma, Jira, Confluence, Teams, Slack, Airtable
• Growth mindset and ongoing development of facilitation and collaboration skills

• Plans, designs, and facilitates workshops and collaborative working sessions supporting product, service, and experience design efforts
• Partners with Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and Business stakeholders to define workshop goals, success criteria, and expected outcomes
• Creates and adapts workshop activities that support discovery, ideation, prioritization, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and problem-solving
• Synthesizes workshop outputs into actionable next steps, recommendations, decisions, and artifacts
• Helps teams navigate ambiguity and align around customer needs, business objectives, and product opportunities
• Applies facilitation techniques that encourage participation, build consensus, and improve decision-making
• Maintains and evolves facilitation templates, playbooks, and toolkits that can be scaled across teams
• Identifies opportunities to improve collaboration, communication, and workshop effectiveness across initiatives
• Establishes feedback mechanisms to continuously improve facilitation practices and participant experiences
• Builds strong cross-functional relationships that enable productive collaboration and partnership
• Coaches teams on workshop preparation, engagement, and follow-through to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborates with Design Operations peers to improve team processes, ways of working, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications :

As a Design Operations Facilitator, you have at least 4 years of experience facilitating cross functional collaboration within design, product, innovation, consulting, or transformation environments. You are passionate about helping teams work more effectively and create meaningful outcomes through structured collaboration.
