Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Strategist at the Consultant level to contribute to business, product, and experience strategy within multidisciplinary design and innovation engagements. You’ll collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to ensure customer and business value is embedded in offerings.

You will blend market dynamics, insights, and emerging technologies to shape growth, opportunities, and differentiated experiences, guiding clients

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience across strategy consulting, corporate strategy and innovation, product management, product marketing, design research, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative, commercial, and analytical problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to connect customer needs, market dynamics, emerging trends, and commercial considerations into a cohesive strategic point of view.
• Experience supporting business, product, experience, innovation, or growth strategy initiatives.
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods, market analysis, competitive analysis, trend analysis, and opportunity assessment.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, using AI-enabled techniques to uncover customer needs and validate opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and differentiated positioning.
• Apply foresight and futurecasting to assess how trends reshape industries and competition.
• Translate insights into clear strategic hypotheses and actionable direction for clients.
• Contribute to developing innovative and commercially viable growth strategies, value propositions, and business models.
