Job summary

SF Partners in San Francisco seeks a client-facing workshop facilitator to help senior enterprise stakeholders explore customer engagement, business messaging and agentic AI. This is not a technical AI role and you will turn conversations into practical use cases and actionable next steps.

You will lead predominantly in-person workshops across the West Coast, with hybrid/remote delivery occasionally, collaborating with a wider team to shape customer journeys and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating workshops for external enterprise clients.
• Background in CX, service design or customer engagement strategy.
• Familiar with AI agents or agentic AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person enterprise workshops and drive outcomes.
• Translate discussions into customer journeys, use cases and actions.
• Collaborate with team to produce strategic recommendations.
