Job summary

McGarity Consulting Group seeks an experienced facilitator to deliver in-person team development workshops for government and corporate teams across a six-state region. You will design agendas, lead one- to two-day sessions, and coach team leaders to build sustainable collaboration.

The role requires advanced credentials in team facilitation and a proven track record with intact work teams, plus willingness to travel and deliver related webinars on leadership topics.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in team building or organizational development.
• Active certification in the assessment instrument you would use with teams.
• Experience facilitating intact work teams in person.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with REAL ID-compliant photo ID.
• Willingness to travel across a six-state region.

Responsibilities

• Hold a one-hour discovery call with the requesting team manager.
• Deliver a customized draft agenda and exercise outline at least five business days before the session.
• Facilitate one- or two-day on-site sessions with teams of 7–30.
• Provide direct feedback on behaviors and build accountability during sessions.
• Coach the team leader one-to-one and run partnership conversations to resolve conflict.
• Hold brief virtual follow-up check-ins after sessions.
• Write a short summary report within ten business days outlining outcomes and actions.
• Deliver two to three one-hour webinars per year via Microsoft Teams.
