Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Three or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios.
• Proven history of hitting growth targets and maintaining high client retention.
• Solid understanding of risk assessment and local coverage nuances.
• Strong proficiency with digital office tools and agency management software.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our York office insurance branch.
• Identify and cultivate new business relationships within the York community to grow our client base.
• Lead and mentor staff, ensuring everyone feels supported and equipped to provide exceptional service.
• Review existing policies and conduct regular risk assessments to ensure clients have adequate protection.
• Maintain strong compliance standards while finding creative ways to streamline our internal workflows.
