Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Four plus years' experience in Hospitality, 5-Star Hotels, Event Planning or Food & Beverage with high-touch customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and colleague engagement.
• Ability to manage guest experiences with tact and diplomacy.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMS booking system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meetings and events within the center, coordinating with catering, AV, and facilities to meet client expectations and greet clients daily.
• Manage day-to-day client challenges and drive solutions while maintaining positive experience.
• Attend daily operations and weekly reviews to stay ahead of events.
• Conduct pre- and post-conference calls to ensure all details are covered.
• Escalate space issues to lead planner or manager as needed.
• Cover reception duties: calls, emails, and greeting clients to meeting rooms.
• Master the EMS system to detail reservations and generate reports.
• Communicate effectively between planning team and reservation holders throughout booking.
