Job summary

Crest Operations, part of Crest Industries, seeks a Talent Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise talent acquisition strategy and execution across Crest and business units. You will develop proactive pipelines, advisory board sourcing, and collegiate partnerships while representing Crest’s brand and culture.

You will partner with executives to translate growth plans into sourcing priorities, lead confidential searches, and build lasting relationships with passive candidates to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated executive sourcing experience with confidential searches and senior leaders.
• Experience translating business strategy and talent market intelligence into plans.
• Strong relationship builder who earns trust across businesses.
• Systems-oriented with organization, analytics, discretion, and follow-through.
• Experience with collegiate pipelines, culture initiatives, and talent acquisition across multiple businesses.

Responsibilities

• Translate growth, succession, and workforce plans into enterprise talent acquisition priorities.
• Lead executive, leadership, and critical-role searches and advisory board sourcing.
• Build pipelines with passive candidates and college partnerships.
• Provide updates and recommendations to hiring leaders throughout assessment and offers.
• Strengthen enterprise sourcing capabilities across Crest and business units.
• Maintain reliable candidate and pipeline data with repeatable workflows.
