Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to proactively source and engage talent beyond traditional requisitions. You will develop pipelines, conduct market research, and translate insights into practical recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill roles.

You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders, manage a small portfolio of requisitions, and support hiring with strategic talent intelligence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience including full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, industrial services, engineering markets.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills and success engaging passive talent.
• Experience with Indeed, HireEZ, FactoryFix, Handshake or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical and difficult roles.
• Identify and engage passive talent through multiple channels.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to map available talent.
• Build proactive talent pipelines with partnerships across the business.
• Manage a small portfolio of full-cycle requisitions.
