Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Executive Recruiter to source and qualify candidates for OC-1 to OC-3 executive roles across business units.

You will guide HR partners and leaders on sourcing strategies, channels, and market conditions, while maintaining confidentiality and driving end-to-end recruitment. In this role you will build pipelines for senior level talent, coach junior recruiters, manage data in Workday and Beamery, and ensure timely, compliant hiring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience recruiting for executive level roles across multiple profiles.
• Proven ability to self-source and close senior candidates.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and executives on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate recruiting strategy with hiring managers and OC members.
• Actively source via professional networks, social channels, and associations.
• Manage full recruitment cycle for complex executive roles; liaise with internal partners and vendors.
• Maintain strict discretion/confidentiality with search details.
• Maximize direct hiring; approve agency/vendor use when required.
• Counsel hiring managers on interview skills and ensure compliance.
• Prioritize multiple requisitions to align with business strategy.
• Build pipelines of senior candidates for bench strength and succession planning.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior recruiters.
